Virtual care options & support tools

Virtual care can be a faster, more convenient, more comfortable way to get treatment. It's a good option for kids, since it can be beneficial for them to remain in their school and community. They don't have to put life on pause while they get care. Plus, virtual sessions can save parents hours of time spent traveling to and from appointments.

Not all virtual providers are available on all plans. To see if these providers are in your network, select See my options. Sign in to your asuris.com account, select Find virtual care, and then make sure to click on the Virtual care tab. You can also call or chat online with Customer Service to see what's available to you.
