Asuris is offering a direct Dental Customer Service line (1-844-789-1727) for Medicare members to call for answers to questions regarding dental benefits and claims, help finding a dentist or scheduling an appointment, and other dental service needs. Medicare members with dental benefits will have the phone number listed on the back of their member ID card.
All new and renewing Medicare Advantage (MA) plan members will be mailed a new member ID card for 2024 as early as mid-December.
Newly enrolled (Jan. 1 effective) members on an MA plan that includes an over-the-counter allowance will be mailed their OTC Network benefit card after Dec. 8. The envelope will reference “OTC and Healthy Product Program” next to our logo—so please tell your clients to look out for it.
The OTC allowance will be loaded on their card on Jan. 1, 2024, and the available balance will automatically reset at the beginning of each quarter thereafter (April 1, July 1 and Oct. 1). Dollars not used during the previous quarter are not carried over, so encourage your clients to regularly check and use their OTC benefits.

- Activate card or check card balance: Call 1-888-682-2400, online at mybenefitscenter.com, or by downloading the OTC Network App
- Find participating retail locations: Online at mybenefitscenter.com or the OTC Network app
- Speak to a card service representative: Call 1-800-706-5058, Monday–Friday 6 am.–5 p.m. PT
- Order online or by phone via Medline: Visit medlineotc.com/card to order online with free shipping, or call 1-833-569-2330, Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–7 p.m. CT to order by phone or request a catalog
