Remind your Medicare Advantage members about their Annual Wellness Visits

AEP is a good time to remind your clients to have the Medicare Annual Wellness Visit before the end of the year. It’s an opportunity for them to get their vaccinations for flu, COVID-19 and pneumonia, and to schedule other preventive services and screenings they may need, such as for breast cancer, colorectal cancer and diabetes.

It’s also a good time to encourage new enrollees to choose a primary care doctor even if their plan doesn't require one. Primary care can help people be healthier, stay on top of chronic conditions and lower their future health care costs. Remind members to call the number on their member ID card for help finding a primary care provider, scheduling an appointment, and learning about the plan benefits and support services available to them.

Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) materials now available

You can now download electronic or order print literature for our 2024 Medicare Advantage plans. Here’s how:

  • Find sharable PDF versions in the Medicare Producer Resources page on asuris.com. You can also access materials in Producer Center in the Resources – Forms & Documents section. We encourage use of electronic materials whenever possible.

  • Order print materials by logging in to Producer Center, selecting Ind/Medicare Business, Literature Orders and Create New Lit Order. Select Plan Year 2024 and view your options from the drop-down menus.

  • For large-quantity print orders (15+), download the 2024 Medicare Sales Materials Order Request Form from the Medicare Producer Resources page under Order Supplies. Then email your completed Order Request Form to MedicareAgentRequest@asuris.com for processing.

Important: Use 2024 Medicare Agent-of-Record form

To support administrative efficiency, please use the updated 2024 Agent-of-Record form when you submit Oct. 1 through Dec. 7 for Jan. 1 effective dates. The previous version of the form won't be accepted.

Please also remember:

  • We don't accept digital signatures on the Agent-of-Record form.
  • We only accept the first Agent-of-Record request per member during the AEP period.

You can find the updated form through Producer Center in the Resources – Forms & Documents section. Submitted forms can be sent to MedicareAgentRequest@asuris.com for processing.
