We’re excited to announce our small (1-50) group product updates for 2024. Key 2024 small group product updates are listed below.
- No-math plans: Tired of crunching numbers? We’re pleased to offer super rich plans that take the math out of health care, paying 100% for in-network services after the deductible has been met.
- Updated wellness incentive: New in 2024, spouses and domestic partners can now participate in the same wellness activities as the employee and receive up to $150 in total rewards. Additionally, two new wellness activities have been added, providing more ways to earn incentives: Behavioral Health Scavenger Hunt (participants earn $5) and Understanding your Health Insurance 101 ($5). - Transition Fill Program: This coverage enhancement creates a smoother onboarding experience for new members by providing a temporary one-time 30-day prescription drug fill within their first 90 days of eligibility. Transition fill applies to non-formulary, pre-authorization (PA) and step therapy medications.
In addition to these updates, we’ve made the following enhancements to improve your shopping experience on asuris.com.
Network and county information online: Need to know which plans are available in specific counties? Plan catalog pages and Plan Details pages now show you not only the networks with which each plan is associated, but the counties in which each plan is available.
New sort and filter search functionality: We’ve also added sort and filter features to our small group catalogs. For plans with Jan. 1, 2024, effective dates, you and your employer groups can now sort available plans by metal level and name, then filter the list further by network and plan type.
