Products

Our product portfolio includes:

  • Exclusive provider provider organization (EPO) products; EPO members have only in-network benefits, and are responsible for 100% of out-of-network costs except:
    • Out-of-network emergency room and ambulance services are covered at the in-network benefit level. Services are subject to balance billing.
    • When traveling out of our service area, urgent care, emergency room and ambulance services are covered with no balance billing if the member sees a participating MultiPlan provider.
  • High-deductible health plans (HDHP) that can be paired with a health savings account (HSA)

  • Supports off-exchange products
  • Network and sales area: Adams, Asotin, Benton, Chelan, Columbia, Douglas, Ferry, Franklin, Garfield, Grant, Kittitas, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, Spokane, Stevens, Walla Walla and Whitman counties

Small Group

Small Group (up to 50 employees)

Small group products are available to groups up to 50 employees.
Employer groups can select plans from these five categories:

Asuris basic metallic plans

Members use a combination of deductible, copay and coinsurance to pay for care.

Asuris Essential metallic plans

These plans are focused on convenience, so members can access affordable options like free virtual care.

Asuris HSA metallic plans

Health savings account (HSA) plans combine a high-deductible health plan (HDHP) with a tax-advantaged HSA that can be used to pay for qualified medical expenses.

Features that come with every plan:

  • Virtual Care through Care on Demand
  • Employee Assistance Program embedded on all plans
  • Pediatric dental benefit (dental coverage for members up to age 19)
  • Additional medical benefits such as acupuncture and hearing aid coverage
  • Built-in rewards for wellness and health activities through Regence Empower
  • Add-ons: Dental Expressions and Expressions Rewards and Adult Vision

Large Group (51+ employees)

Large group products are available to groups with 51 or more.
Employer groups can select plans from these options:
